1-800-GOT-JUNK? is growing and looking for positive, physically fit people to join our Truck Teams in Northern Delaware. Truck Team Member – General Labor / Driver / Customer Service
- Starting pay (Drivers): $15.50/hr tips, monthly bonuses, and up to $0.50/hr raise every 6 months (avg $17.50 within first year!)
- Starting pay (Non-drivers): $15.50/hr tips, monthly bonuses, and up to $0.50/hr raise every 6 months (avg $17 within first year!)
- Hours: Hours vary daily. We operate 6 days/week (Mon-Sun) and our Truck Team Members work 4 days per week, averaging 32-38 hrs with the possibility of overtime
- Location: Each shift starts at one of our trucks stationed throughout Northern Delaware (Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Hockessin)

About the position:
- Each shift starts at one of our remote truck locations throughout New Castle County (Wilmington, New Castle, Newark, Hockessin)
- 4 Day Work Week - Full-time employees work 4 of the 7 days we operate (Monday-Sunday)
- Shifts start at either 7AM or 8AM. Hours will vary daily depending on the needs of the business (Truck Team Members currently averaging 30-40 hours/week with possibility of overtime in 4 day work week)
- You'll meet your partner at your assigned location, complete your pre-trip truck inspection, and dispatch to complete your assigned route.
- You’ll bring your positive attitude to our customers’ homes and businesses and manually remove their unwanted items.
- You’ll dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities

- 21 years of age for Driver positions (insurance purposes). 19 for non-drivers.
- Valid standard driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Reliable, hard-working, and a positive attitude!
- Physically able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous physical labor, customer service, sales, and/or driving experience a plus!
