Truck Team Members - Driver, Labor, & Customer Service
Hiring immediately for: Full-Time & Part-Time (weekday, evening & weekend shifts available)
Pay: $16-$18/hr (average all-in with base pay, tips, bonuses, and other incentives).
We're a fun and fast-paced operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items, responsibly. And, we do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service, clean shiny trucks and friendly uniformed team.
With 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Each day is different. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Alongside another Truck Team Member, you'll operate the company vehicle (no special driver's license required) on assigned service routes for the day
Providing excellent customer service when you're onsite to remove the items or give them an estimate that they've requested and educating them on our services
Retrieving, transportation, and disposal of unwanted items, responsibly
Qualifications & Requirements:
You’re 21 years of age (required for insurance purposes)
You have a great attitude, are reliable, and hardworking
A valid standard driver’s license & good driving record
A working smart phone is required due to navigation/app use
($10 is paid out monthly to cover data usage)

Must be able to work weekends
Physically able to lift/carry 50 pounds repeatedly over a full shift
Previous experience in general labor, customer service, driving, and/or sales is a plus, but isn’t required - we train happy, hardworking individuals.
