Junior Operations Manager
We are seeking a responsible and organized administrative professional to join our team as a Jr. Operations Manager. This role will include overseeing truck team duties, working well independently and with others, and requires being an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting the truck team members and helping conduct meetings
- Dispatching and supporting the truck teams by setting up their routes for maximum efficiency and profitability
- Checking in and communicating with every team throughout the day
- Working closely with Operations and Sr. Operations Managers on a daily basis
- Ensuring maximum availability on the schedule
- Proactively managing the schedule
- Answering calls from truck team members, clients, sales center staff, and management
- Truck inspection supervision
- Junk consolidation management
- Sending group messages to the teams on the WhatsApp platform
- Conducting Welcome Calls
- Ensuring clients are being charged accurately
- Ensuring compliance with rest and meal breaks
- Planning and adjusting the schedule for the next day and week
- Monitoring emails and responding as needed
- Completing the end-of-day procedures
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable and Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Word, G-Suite, etc.
- GPS software experience beneficial
- Strong attention-to-detail and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend Availability (both Saturdays and Sundays) with Thursdays and Fridays off
- Afternoon/Evening Shift starting at 11:00 AM
Compensation: This opportunity offers a $70,000 base salary with benefits.
