What we offer:
Flexible Scheduling (we operate 7 days a week)
Four Day Work Week! (8-12 hour shifts, one weekend day required)

Total earnings $18-24 per hour

A typical day includes:
A morning meeting followed by thorough inspection of the truck.
Teams of two head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items.
Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer.
Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities.
To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated operations team.

What you bring to the company:
23 years of age (required for insurance)
Possess a valid driver’s license (no CDL required!)
Have a clean driving history (last 3 years)
Must pass a criminal background check
Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Physically able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
