What You’ll Bring To The Team
Compensation: Start with an hourly wage of $20/hour plus uncapped commission during training, then transition to an hourly draw with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn up to 25% of your sales—potential earnings between $60,000 and $200,000. Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers via phone
- Learn how to uncover customer needs and communicate the value of our products/services
- Set qualified appointments and support the sales pipeline
- Work closely with experienced sales mentors and leaders
- Hit individual and team performance goals while having fun along the way
- Work Location: In Office: Largo, FL
- Standard Operating Hours: 9:00-5:30pm EST, during busiest season (Sept-April), 1 Saturday every 6-8 weeks (9am-3pm)
