Scaffold Builder

1 Resource Group is currently hiring experienced Scaffold Builders to join our team on nights. As a leading construction company in the Holly Springs, NC area, we specialize in providing high-quality scaffold solutions to our clients. The Journeyman Scaffold Builder will be responsible for the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffold structures, ensuring that work is completed according to specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan scaffold construction
• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold structures in accordance with safety regulations and industry best practices
• Calculate scaffold dimensions and select appropriate materials
• Inspect scaffold components for defects and ensure their proper use and maintenance
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project success
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Scaffold Builder
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Strong knowledge of scaffold construction techniques and industry safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 certification required
• NCCER Certification preferred
  
  

$ 26.00 hr with 85.00 per day worked per diem.
