Looking for a Full-Time 1st (6am-230pm)
10 Wilmington Place, a truly unique, family-owned senior living community, is looking for caring, compassionate, and DEPENDABLE individuals to join our team as a Resident Assistant. As a Resident Assistant, you’ll be able to make a real difference in the lives of our residents each and every day.
You do not have to be a STNA/CNA to join our team, but we do require caregiving experience and a kind heart. Resident Assistants are responsible for ensuring that our residents have a great quality-of-life and excellent care.

Each applicant must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to pass a criminal background check (in accordance with State regulations)
- Have reliable transportation
- Be dependable, punctual, energetic, respectful and a team-player
- Be able to stand, walk, push, pull, stoop, lift and bend over (most of each shift worked)
- Be able to attend a paid 8-hour orientation program during business hours
- Be smoke-free during work hours (we are a smoke-free campus)

- Ensure residents well-being through your relationships with them
- Promote independence while providing the right amount of care needed
Job duties include:
- Assist residents with their activities of daily living
- Escort residents to meals and activities
- Engage in activities with residents, as needed
- Respond to emergency situations quickly and calmly
- Observe and report changes in the resident and their living conditions to the Director of Nursing
- Follow rules and directives given by supervisors
- Maintain confidentiality and be compliant with all HIPAA regulations
