A Brief Overview This role will center around managing and coordinating the Optimization Requests and prioritizing the request with the Informaticists, Tidelands Stakeholders, and the MUSC Team. This will include coordinating the requests for the Clinician Builder Program through completion. Work closely with the team and manage the Help Desk Triage process along with ticket assignments and escalations to MUSC. This will also include ticket reconciliation between Tidelands and MUSC. The role will include managing the 2-year order set review process. This position will assist with the Archiving process along with 3rd party scanning to the Epic record. What you will do Managing and coordinating optimization requests Prioritizing projects and optimization requests with the Tidelands stakeholders, Tidelands Informaticists and the MUSC Team Coordinating the Clinician Builder Program items from submission to completion Manage and triage Help Desk Tickets Coordinate triage ticket escalations to MUSC when needed Reconciliation of tickets between Tidelands and MUSC Manage the Order Set Review process (2-year review – 10 order sets each month) Support and Manage Fovea Archiving along with the HIM Team Support and Lead Solarity Scanning along with the HIM Team Assist with Managing the Epic Class scheduling Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience Qualifications 5 to 7 years of experience in information systems/technology, with in-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices Required Experience in change management and user adoption strategies Preferred Skills and Abilities Exceptional skills in problem-solving, project management, and leadership Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at various levels of the organization Physical Demand Light Physical Demand The intent of this job description is to provide a representative and level of the types of duties and responsibilities that will be required of positions given this title and shall not be construed as a contract for employment nor a declaration of the total of the specific duties and responsibilities of any particular position.
