Day (United States of America) Department: 100 - 823000 TG - Information Technology - Applications Position Description: The ERP Administrator is responsible for the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. An ERP Administrator monitors ERP security and manages user access and permissions. They will assist and support the planning, testing, and deployment of new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches. Additionally, an ERP Administrator documents ERP system processes and may conduct end-user training to promote effective use and best practices. Tracks and manages support requests to ensure timely resolution of issues or bugs. This position works closely with business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure applications meet organizational needs, integrate effectively with other systems, and support efficient business processes. They will provide technical and functional expertise in system enhancements, troubleshooting, reporting, and training, while also developing new capabilities and driving project planning, coordination, and execution. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant related field or equivalent required. 2. Master’s Degree in Business Administration preferred. 3. Experience in administering, configuring, or supporting business application systems, preferably Workday. 4. Ability to understand business operations and cross-functional workflows, gather business requirements, define system needs, and assist in developing solutions through configuration or programming preferred. 5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences preferred. 6. Experience working on cross-functional projects, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and managing competing priorities preferred. 7. Two or more years’ experience in Project Management. PMI certification preferred. 8. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work and excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes.
