What you will do
- Performs assigned system commissioning using Johnson Controls configuration and commissioning tools.
- Troubleshoots and resolves HVAC mechanical, electrical, and control problems.
- Maintain Metasys equipment to include servers, engines, controllers, and peripheral devices.
How you will do it
- Create and commission Metasys software. Performs complex commissioning and system diagnostics from server level to end devices (i.e., sensors, actuators, etc.) and completes all required commissioning documentation and reporting.
- Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
- Calibrates systems requiring basic electronic test equipment.
- Completes administrative tasks including but not limited to time sheets, expense reports, and on-site documentation.
- Documents change and provide information for as built documentation.
- Communicates with the JCI contractor or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site.
- Follows all safety standards and attends required safety training. High degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
- Successfully integrates 3rd party equipment into the system.

- Demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Understanding of how systems report to each other and their protocols.

- Ability to work alone and with a team.
- Previous building automation a plus
- Willing to travel.
Preferred
- Experience in Tridium
- Demonstrated knowledge of Control systems.
- Ability to solve problems.
- Familiar with programming
- Good communication skills
