Location: Wilmington, MA Additional Locations: Dallas, TX Job Title: B2B Delivery Lead – Semiconductor Manufacturing Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Delivery Lead to drive the execution of digital integration initiatives across our global distribution network. This role is critical in supporting seamless B2B transactions with major semiconductor distributors and partners through robust EDI and SAP S/4HANA integration, with a particular focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry, and a strong understanding of distributor collaboration, operational efficiency, and scalable B2B architecture. Key Responsibilities: Integration Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of B2B integration projects, particularly with global semiconductor distributors, partners and OEMs. Design, implement, and manage EDI interfaces for high-volume transactional processes including purchase orders, sales orders, order acknowledgments, shipping notices, and invoices. Oversee integration with SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the OTC processes within Sales & Distribution and Finance modules. Own the timeline and delivery of key initiatives and projects in the B2B area. Lead a globally distributed team of B2B developers across EDI and non-EDI technologies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (supply chain, sales ops, IT) and external partners/distributors to align B2B capabilities with business goals. Ensure data accuracy, transaction integrity, and operational efficiency across all B2B touchpoints. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to support custom enhancements and resolve integration issues. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transaction failures and proactively drive resolution and root cause analysis. Lead continuous improvement initiatives for B2B processes, including onboarding new partners and optimizing existing integrations. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration performance, including Success rate, Partner onboarding, issue resolution time, error reduction etc. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. 15 years of progressive experience with 5 years in B2B/EDI delivery within the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing sectors. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the Order-to-Cash process flow. Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP). Familiarity with distributor operations, global supply chains, and inventory visibility requirements. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment. Preferred: Hands-on experience with middleware/integration tools (e.g., IBM SI, OpenText TLE, SAP Integration Suite, BTP, WebMethods). Proven experience consolidating and harmonizing multiple EDI platforms into a unified, scalable platform Knowledge of semiconductor distributor platforms and portals Exposure to demand forecasting, available-to-promise (ATP), and channel sales processes. Experience managing EDI VAN or integration service providers.
