Functions effectively in stressful situations, prioritizes efficiently, and recognizes emergency situations, responding appropriately. Assures daily staffing sheets are complete and accurate, reporting staffing concerns/issues/resignations to the appropriate manager or director. Coordinates daily communication of staffing needs with all three facilities, maintaining staffing to department matrix or nurse manager’s acuity direction. Assists with the development and maintenance of four-week staffing schedules as requested by the unit’s manager or director, and communicates to all three campuses daily.
