Laundromat Attendant

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and hospitality. As an Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining cleanliness and organization in our facility.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
• Ensure all items are cleaned according to established standards for quality and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the employee and customer service areas.
• Assist guests with the laundry services, explaining the process
• Promptly realizing problems and adressing them in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Familiarity with laundry operations is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on cleanliness and quality control.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
