Overview Prader-Willi Homes has been supporting individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), providing residential services and support for almost 40 years. PWS is a complex genetic disorder affecting appetite, growth, metabolism, cognitive function and behavior. Our mission is to provide each resident with the opportunity to explore his/her highest potential of independence within a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment. As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Responsible for compassionate care for residents in Prader-Willi group homes. Assist residents with personal care including dressing, personal hygiene and administering medication. Prepare meals from dietician developed menus. Plan and participating in social events with residents, such as a day at the zoo, or a hike in the park.
