Summary: Imaging Warehouse Clerk is responsible for identifying and sorting all mail received in the imaging services mailroom. Delivering non-insurance documents to the operate client manager. Essential Duties and Functions: Deliver non-insurance documents to appropriate client to managers Sort mail by client Distribute scanned internal documents to appropriate destination Maintain and schedule document destruction Delivers, track, and store current workflow documents Maintains mail reports. Maintain letter stuffing equipment Maintain reporting for requests and retrievals from onsite storage Competencies: Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work and uses time efficiently. Perform additional duties as requested by supervisors.
