As an HR Manager, you will support our multi-state organization, which includes Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico in balancing the operational needs of 1888 and providing employee guidance. If you are a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who is passionate about developing and implementing effective HR strategies, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Assist in company audits when necessary.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all federal and state regulations, filing, and compliance requirements, both adopted and pending, affecting employee benefits programs, including the ACA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA for all locations (Texas, New Mexico, and Colorado)
- Manages Unemployment Claims.
- Manage and oversee employee Workman’s Compensation claims.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory and lawful changes, and new technologies in human resources. Applies this knowledge to communicate and recommend changes in policies, practices, and resources to company ownership.
- Assist employees with employment leaves including but not limited to FMLA, FMLI, Short/Long Term Disability
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.
- Travel to Permian 1-2 times per quarter or on an as-needed basis
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
- Support, guide, and train HR team members
- Minimum 2 years experience in a Human Resources role
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of Colorado, Texas, and New Mexico Employment laws
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required!

- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record.

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
