What are the responsibilities and job description for the PART-TIME Grounds Maintenance Technician position at 1st Lake Properties?
Are you interested in working the day-shift job and no weekends? If so, we are currently hiring detail oriented Part-time Grounds Maintenance Technicians to aid in the overall curb appeal at our apartment communities. The schedule for these positions is 8:30AM - 12:00PM, Monday - Friday.
No experience? No worries! We will provide you with the training needed to be successful and to grow within our organization.
What you will do:
As a Grounds Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in helping to attract new residents to our apartment communities by keeping the grounds, buildings and pools neat, clean and tidy. You will also have the opportunity to learn and grow your career in the apartment maintenance industry!
Requirements:
Grounds Maintenance Technicians will have the ability and desire to work outdoors; will have an eye for detail; and, will be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
