We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Mortgage Servicer.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a member-focused Mortgage Servicer to manage the day to day of mortgage loan servicing, including payment posting, escrow account processing and analysis and answering member concerns with their home loan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post payments, import new loans, account maintenance.
- Maintain escrow accounts.
- Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries.
- Balance and reconcile accounts.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior Mortgage experience preferred but not required.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday Hours 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (No more than 1 per month)
- Full Time Employees have a 40-hour work week within the hours listed above.
