Qualifications:
A Relationship Banking Specialist builds complete financial relationships with both existing and new customers with premium pricing through a value based approach to achieve the Retail Banking Group’s goals and the Bank's Mission. Based on the operational needs of the office, the Personal Banker may be required to perform some or all of the following duties.
- Knowledge of opening accounts
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills and a passion for helping others
- Proficient in Electronic Banking
- Ability to recognize and identify customer needs through a diagnostic listening approach to build relationships with customers and non-customers;
- Be motivated to make effective high-touch calls to generate deposit, loan and wealth management related business and referrals;
- Be a team player that motivates others to generate referrals for new business;
- Be involved in the community in order to serve and generate contacts for potential new business;
