Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for a Director, Product Management to join our team at our Chicago headquarters.

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 550 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking a Director, Product Management to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our President, UGC Solutions , the Director, Product Management will help us drive the vision and execution of the Ratings and Reviews product offering. They will leverage large amounts of disparate datasets, user research, customer interviewing, and rapid testing of ideas to build new and enhance existing features. They will work with the product team to define the capabilities that our customers and shoppers will use to move the product offering forward.

Responsibilities :

• Understand Ratings and Reviews platform strategic and competitive position in the market and deliver products that are recognized as world class.
• Define and own a product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog for assigned initiatives.
• Apply data driven approaches to guiding your decisions and continuously iterate on the Ratings and Reviews product offerings.
• Coordinate with other product teams (designers, engineers) and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product features are well communicated, understood, and adopted by our customers.
• Develop and manage technical requirements to guide an iterative new product development process.
