Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to: Protects patrons and employees, patrols for illegal and unusual situations, and safeguards the company’s assets Escorts money and chip credits from booths to Master Bank and Chip fills Performs table and Bill Validator drops Investigates and records all unusual occurrences and incidents within the gaming facility Detains persons involved in illegal activities and notifies law enforcement authorities Responds to complaints, ejections, medical and assistance calls and accurately acquire all pertinent information needed for reporting purposes Checks IDs for underage patrons Secondary Duties and Responsibilities: Performs cards and dice pick-up and distribution for the casino Accurately stores and distributes all lost and found articles, accurately prepares necessary forms and updates the log book Works in the Lost Guest Booth and Security Dispatch, as needed Minimum Education and Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to write detailed reports in a clear and concise manner Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to respond to emergencies in an expedited manner Training Requirements CPR, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogen certification SMART alcohol awareness Physical Demands and Work Environment: Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
