- Responsible for ensuring that the grounds of the Medical Center are clean and presentable.
- Assure that maintenance department vehicles are properly maintained and inspected.
- Ability to prioritize work based on urgency.
- Respond to emergency situations in the Medical center.
- Maintain tools and equipment and work area in a safe, clean, and orderly condition
- Follow standard and prescribed safety regulations
- Completes all documentation needed with established .department policies and procedures.
- Attend hospital sponsored training.
- Assist maintenance department personnel as assigned by Director of Facilities
- Assist with snow removal as situation demands.
- Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
