Job Summary: Job Description: Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and orderly facility Take the lead in responding to any emergency and be familiar with all emergency procedures Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude Make multiple rounds of the entire facility during shift During rounds, follow the Manager On Duty tasks Notice and remedy unsafe conditions Give tours to prospective or new members Know and enforce guidelines in age and training restricted areas Refill and restock items in the locker room and common areas as needed Be familiar with the proper use of all equipment—cardio, strength, and free weights. If no trainer is present it is your responsibility to assist members Know the location of and proper use of first aid supplies and AED units Monitor team member activity Other duties as needed Required Qualifications: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) Previous supervisory experience is a plus CPR, First Aid & AED certification, or willing to obtain upon hire To prevent the infection and spread of COVID-19, and as an integral part of its public health and safety measures, EXOS requires that all successful applicants shall be required to show proof of full vaccination by an FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine before beginning employment, unless an exemption from this policy has been granted as an accommodation or otherwise.
