2145 Eats in Costa Mesa, CA is looking for one pizza cook (pizzaiolo) to join our 34 person strong team. We are located on 2145 Placentia Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities
- Set up, stock and prep pizza station
- Able to manage an open flame pizza oven
- Able/willing to learn how to ball dough daily.
- Able to Work Clean and Organized
- Able to lift or help lift 50 lbs
Qualifications
- 1 years experience with an open flame pizza oven (wood burning preferred)
- Experience with Hand Stretching Dough
- Food handlers card (able to acquire one within 1 month of hiring)
- Able to follow recipes and standards set forth by the restaurant
