What are the responsibilities and job description for the Truck Driver position at 21st Century Personnel?
Here we grow again. 23 OTR Class A Reefer Drivers will be hired this week.
Excellent OTR position staying out 3-4 weeks out. One day off for each week out.
Drivers are enjoying big pay checks and late model equipment. Pay checks
on average are $1800-$2500 per week.

Excellent DMV report
Be at least 23 years of age
Be able to pass all background checks and DOT tests including urine.
Must have at least 1 year OTR experience with Mountain Driving

- Pay starts @ .70 cpm .05 cpm for Cali loads
- Dock detention pay
- Lay over pay
- Most sleepers are either singles or full depending on the tractor
- Every truck is equipped with satellite tv and refrigerator/freezers. Plenty of room for a microwave if you install.
