We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee education construction projects across various sectors. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in managing projects, ensuring seamless execution from pre-construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site leadership and oversight for large-scale commercial construction projects.
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve construction challenges and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Work closely with project managers and leadership to align construction execution with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong background in large-scale education construction projects.
- Strong ability to develop, maintain, and manage project schedules.
- Tilt-up wall & design build project experience required.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, processes, and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and a large project workforce.
- Proficiency in construction technology and project management tools.
