The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible, collegial, curious, and professional in communication and behavior. This role maintains and improve our teams' clinical skills through professional development and in-services and serves as a consultant to clinical leaders/managers in developing education plans for individual clinicians to improve clinical practice. The Clinical Educator will work regularly with a variety of educational institutions, professional associations, consultants, and other organizations in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating education and training programs related to orientation, onboarding, and ongoing job-related learning needs. EXPERIENCE: Two to four years of relevant clinical, supervisory and staff development/education experience in an inpatient, home health, or hospice setting. Demonstrated success in designing and delivering educational programs. RN/MSN preferred REQUIREMENTS: English language fluency. Ability to travel to clients’ homes, inpatient facilities, or any UVMHN-HHH property. Comfort and innovation with technology.
