We're looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights that help our customers maximize the value of our platform while shaping future product strategies. A Day in the Life: As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our product and customer strategy teams. From collaborating with Customer Success Managers to implement new clients, to analyzing user behavior and market trends, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet customer needs. Whether it's presenting data-driven insights or working closely with engineers to improve pricing models, no two days will be the same. What You’ll Be Doing: Partner with Customer Success Managers to onboard new clients, including analyzing historical data, cleaning data sets, and presenting findings to customers. Dive deep into product performance, user behavior, and business operations to inform key decisions. Work with product teams to define KPIs and track progress against set goals. Conduct market research to support product positioning and strategic planning. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for product features and process improvements. Design and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate key insights to stakeholders. Help assess the impact of new product changes and business initiatives. Provide business insights to engineering and data science teams, especially in the areas of transportation and pricing best practices. What Makes You a Great Fit: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams. Skills: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Communication: Excellent ability to present complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Requirements: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis required; familiarity with customer research techniques or Agile methodologies is a plus.
