Cellular Enabled Device Fulfillment

3:15 is seeking a Cellular Enabled Device Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the fulfillment and activation of cellular-enabled devices, ensuring they are prepared for customer use and delivered accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to handle technical processes will be essential to maintaining high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming cellular-enabled devices according to company specifications
• Activate and configure devices for immediate use by customers
• Ensure all devices are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update software systems as necessary
• Package devices securely for shipping while adhering to safety and shipping guidelines
• Coordinate with shipping providers to ensure timely delivery of devices
• Assist with troubleshooting and provide technical support as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
• Experience in fulfillment, logistics, or inventory management preferred
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of cellular technologies
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed
