Senior Treasury Analyst

The Senior Treasury Analyst role fulfills various cash, accounting and analytical roles within the Corporate Treasury department. They will also be involved in various projects designated by the Treasurer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Short and mid-term domestic and international cash forecasting Manage all precious metal hedges Manage all copper leasing and hedges Execute currency hedges Analyze monthly bank fees and allocate to the appropriate businesses Evaluate daily cash position to determine investment potential and monitor investments to ensure they meet requirements set forth by the board Prepare and maintain interest forecast Handle monthly bond payments and ensure all reporting requirements are met Execute trades as determined by the Pension Investment Committee Calculation of debt covenant compliance Prepares cost center forecast and assists with budget preparation Maintains intercompany loan documentation and calculation of monthly interest accruals Determine quarterly dividend dates and ensure proper funding Review cash packet to ensure daily reconciliation of the general ledger and bank accounts Reconcile accounts Bank portal administrator Maintain inventory of all bank accounts, signatories, update signatories when necessary, and complete annual FBAR filing Make recommendations for and lead process improvement and automation efforts Assist with KYC requests as needed Serve as a back-up for the Treasury Associate Serve as a back-up for approving outgoing wires/ACHs within the banking portals Assistance with other projects as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required One to three years equivalent experience. Extreme attention to detail as well as problem-solving ability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Above average computer and critical thinking skills. SAP experience preferred . LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with management and other employees of the organization. Experience summarizing and conveying main points discovered in analysis. REASONING ABILITY: Strong initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects along with strong follow through skills.
