Job Description: The Client Success role is responsible for developing client relationships that promote retention, solution adoption, and revenue growth. They work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. Client Success role partners with sales account executives to be the internal advocates for client initiatives, as well as the voice of the customer to the rest of the company. The role mainly works to grow the client relationship with the goal of keeping clients satisfied. What You’ll Be Doing: Maintain-in depth and holistic knowledge of all aspects of client business and relationship with CoreLogic. Meets regularly with client at appropriate intervals (including business reviews) to understand initiatives and challenges, communicate important information. Advocate for a healthy client/CoreLogic relationship and serve as voice client to internal teams or issues, initiatives, etc. Effectively navigate internally to engage internal parties and quickly solve issues and respond to clients' needs. Manage renewals to ensure retention of revenue streams. Alert leadership to client risk and mobilize risk mitigation. Ensure clients are optimizing how they are using our solutions for further entrenchment and value expectations are exceeded. Use reporting and metrics to assess utilization rates and drive improvements with clients to increase value, including use of case studies (need mechanism for assessing adoption rates). Proactively create a network of client promoters through engagement opportunities such as events, advisory groups, roundtables, etc. (Working with product, solutions, marketing). Understand, embrace, disseminate the CoreLogic narrative to demystify the perceptions of complexity. Ensure that retention and adoption activities are achieved so that clients are well positioned with sales to expand wallet share. Understand client needs, business model, and whitespace to match with CoreLogic solutions that lead to expansion opportunities for sales. Job Qualifications: · Minimum of 2 yrs of account management or customer service experience · The desire to provide customers with exceptional customer support · Technical aptitude and ability to become an expert in the product being sold · Desire to learn in-depth knowledge of the customer and to advocate on their behalf · Knowledge of customer service practices · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint · Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Oracle or Salesforce a plus Compensation for this position includes a salary and quarterly bonus. Range listed is the range for the salary portion of the compensation package and will have additional bonus.
