Corrpro Companies is looking for a Field Corrosion Technician. SIGNING BONUS AVAILABLE! QUALIFICATIONS Coursework or Associates in Corrosion Technology preferred AMPP CP Tester Certification preferred 1 year cathodic protection survey experience or education preferred Strong team, internal customer service skills and problem-solving skills are a must Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must be able to travel overnight to customer sites each week and, if needed, over the weekend COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS SIGNING BONUS AVAILABLE Competitive Hourly Pay Rate Paid Overtime Paid Per Diem for Food, company paid Hotel and Fuel Paid AMPP Certifications and other Tuition Assistance Company vehicle, laptop and cell phone Career growth opportunities to move forward in your career Company partially paid Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Long and Short Term Disability, Life Insurance Matching 401k 14 days Paid Time Off per year 10 paid Holidays per year RESPONSIBILITIES Perform testing, evaluation and installation of cathodic protection systems to inhibit corrosion on various structures Work with specific objectives and instruction from senior staff on customer drawings and specifications Conduct various specific test procedures to gather data for evaluation purposes Gather structure-to-soil potential data, soil measurements and rectifier data Sketch rectifiers, anodes, test stations, and other design features on prepared drawings Assist senior staff in the preparation of survey reports and final job reports Sketch physical features of installation site for subsequent detail Organize and reduce data gathered, prepare charts and tables Assemble data for preparation of final client report including service recommendations Provide maintenance of field test equipment, ensure good operating condition and render minor repairs Azuria Water Solutions Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
