Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our office staff as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls and emails, responding to and redirecting inquiries as necessary
- File project permits with local authorities and interconnections with utility providers
- Track project details including scope, presentations, progress and reporting requirements
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping for all documentation and correspondence
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
