Job Summary
Project Manager, reports to the Production Manager, will oversee Commercial & Residential jobs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the construction process for both commercial and residential jobs
- Professionally communicate with customers, subcontractors, adjusters and insurance companies
- Coordinate and schedule jobs with all parties.
- Be able to complete jobs on time and within budget
- Coordinate after-hours emergency services, including board-ups, water damage, fire and smoke damage and vandalism
- Procure permits and inspections
- Follow all OSHA, EPA, SCAQMD regulations
- This position will require some travel at various times and this person must be willing to work odd hours, weekends and holidays as called upon
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously over a multi-location region
- Job includes company vehicle
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
