Job Summary
As a mechanical process engineer, you will contribute to the development of AirSCWO systems. This will require you to develop a thorough understanding of 374's AirSCWO process and contribute to its continual improvement.
You will be part of a small, but growing, engineering team and will work directly with 374's fabrication partner, equipment suppliers, and AirSCWO system end-users. To be a successful candidate, you must have experience designing and working with equipment for high pressure applications and in creating quality mechanical and process engineering documents and drawings.
What You'll Do
- Create 2D and 3D mechanical engineering and construction drawings.
- Draw and maintain process engineering documents including PFDs and P&IDs.
- Define pressure equipment and piping requirements and specifications.
- Perform piping layout and design.
- Quality control activities relating to pressure vessel design and certification.
- Create technical documentation.
