We’re looking for a driven and personable Outside Sales Representative who can turn conversations into partnerships and prospects into loyal customers. You’ll hit the road, meet face-to-face with potential clients, and work closely with businesses to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory
- Conduct sales presentations and product demos that highlight our value
- Customize proposals and close deals to meet client needs
- Use CRM software to manage your pipeline, forecast revenue, and track customer interactions
Relationship Building
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers
- Follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any service needs
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding each client’s operation and offering smart solutions
- Partner with internal teams to deliver excellent service from start to finish
Industry Engagement
- Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
- Represent 3C at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our products and services to better support customer needs
What You Bring to the Table
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment or services
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build rapport and close deals
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable traveling regularly to meet clients and attend events
- Experience with CRM tools and sales technology
