What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sampling Customer Service Associate position at 3form Branding?
Summary: Process sample orders that come in by email, phone call or walk-up from sales reps, customers, or internal employees. Process orders quickly to ensure they get shipped when needed and correctly according to information provided in the sample request.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Process sample orders
- Quality check others’ sample orders
- Take phone calls and answer questions or take down order information correctly to later process sample order.
- Being nice and professional to customers
- Attend sampling training meetings and retain information from meetings or keep record of notes to refer back to answer any questions regarding samples.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
