3PL Freight Logistics Coordinator/3PL Freight Dispatcher

We are looking for a Freight Logistics Coordinator/Freight Dispatcher to join our 3PL Team

and help us keep freight moving efficiently across the Country.

What You'll Do:

• Negotiate Rates with Carriers and Build strong vendor relationships
• Dispatch with carriers, Frozen, Chilled and Dry Partial and Full Truckloads as well as Coordinate daily freight assignments
• Track and Trace Shipments daily providing real-time updates to our Customers and our Internal team
• Proactively resolve service issues with Carriers and Customers
• Ensure all Load Contracts, BOLS and Shipping Documents are accurate and completed in a Timely and Proficient manner
• Maintain Strong communication with Customers, Drivers and Team members
• Monitor and Optimize route efficiency, Profitability and On-Time delivery
  
  

What we are looking for:

• (3) Years minimum Dry and Temperature Controlled Freight Truckload and LTL Truckload Dispatch experience Required!
• Strong knowledge of Freight Management along w/ Dry & Refrigerated Logistics and all other facets of Transportation.
• Ability to Multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Typing, Communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with TMS software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Position requires individual to be on site.
• This position is not a Remote or Hybrid position
• Monday-Friday with evening and weekend call
