Job Title: Copy and Print Associate
Location: Portland, ME 04101
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 9:30AM to 6:00PM (40hrs/Week)
Qualifications:
- Experience with PDFs, Excel, Word, and Binding/Tab jobs.
- attention to detail is important.
- Open to cross-train in other areas.
- Copy center experience
- Extensive lifting, standing or walking.
- Lifting upto 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:
- Sorting through the office mail and scanning it.
- Printing, copying and binding
- Coverage with conference room set-up, coffee set-up, and reception.
