Treasury Analyst

As a Treasury Analyst...
You will serve as a liaison to the treasury department and would play a key role in making sure all areas are fully covered when needed. This position will also become the main point of contact for our Merchant Services area and will provide our Retail and Inflight divisions the equipment and service as needed. This position will also require communication with our merchant services providers, vendors, and internal and external customers and will make sure to provide excellent treasury service at all times.

• Supports cash forecasting process for our customers in Newark and Mexico accounts.
• Process vendor payments and assist with month end reconciliations as needed.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of bank accounts, balance, bank – treasury systems and bank cost information.
• Serve as backup for our Retail and In-Flight divisions.
• Assist with Merchant Service needs for our Retail and In-Flight division.

• High school diploma/GED required
• At least 2years of experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines
