Substitute Teachers Wanted for Child Care Programs!

4C for Children is accepting applications for committed individuals who want to become early childhood substitutes through an online tool called Child Care Staffing Solutions (CCSS). Applying through 4C for Children means you will receive paid training while onboarding to do the job.

You can have flexibility! Work as few as two days a week or up to 40 hours a week with reliable pay or extra income. Whether you are new to the early childhood field or already have experience, 4C for Children is ready to help!

• Supervise and monitor the safety of children
• Prepare and organize mealtimes and snacks for children
• Help children keep good hygiene
• Change the diapers of infants and toddlers
• Organize activities or implement a curriculum
• Maintain schedules and routines
• Keep daily records of children’s routines

•  Must have a valid High School Diploma or GED
• Pass a 4C for Children provided background check (FBI/BCI) 
• Be able to pass a general work physical (reimbursable)
•  A desire to work with children
• Reliable transportation
• Professionalism
• Patience, flexibility, and love for children
• Strong communication skills
• Organization and time management skills

• Experience working with children
