The PM Packaging Supervisor is a self-motivated professional individual who is a problem solver, the ultimate team player, can delegate and is a great communicator. He/She/They are self-aware, a positive influencer, adaptable, able to train, learn and posses the knowledge of METRC/Cultivera along with every skill within the department. The Supervisor works with the department manager to plan weekly schedule and ensure daily, weekly, monthly goals are met efficiently and accurately.
