POSITION: Digital Print Associate Level 1 – 1st Shift

HOURS: Monday – Friday 6:30am-2:30pm

As a Digital Print Associate, you make the 4imprint brand come alive by printing, finishing and packaging digital print orders per order specifications.

Here’s what a typical day might look like. Other duties may be assigned.

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.

• Process 4imprint digital orders, including banners and transfers on various substrates.
• Print, finish, and package banners as directed.
• Print, mask, and apply full color digital heat transfers.
• Cut vinyl heat transfers and applique material.
• Book out digital orders on computer system.
• Perform preventative maintenance as directed on digital printer.

• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.

Required education/skills/experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic working knowledge of production art, digital decorating and terminology
• Ability to spend the majority of the day working on your feet and moving around.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.
