4U Home Health Care South, LLC is seeking Caregivers (Homemaker/Direct Support Professional/Home Health Aide) to join our excellent field team! We are seeking a reliable, caring and competent individual to assist a disabled female in the Mankato area.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with paperwork/mail
- light housekeeping (sweep, mop, laundry, change bed linens, clean bathroom, etc.)
- Assist client with scheduling and attending appointments
- Transport client to local stores (grocery, etc.)
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with clients and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
Qualifications:
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build a positive rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Must pass background / fingerprint check
- Tuberculosis test
- Reliable transportation
