5 Bs Bakery in Concrete, WA is looking for one part-time baker's assistant to join our 20 person strong team. We are located on 45597 Main St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. Full-time or part time hours available. Pay is DOE. Paid sick leave accrues at .03 hour per hour worked.
Responsibilities
- Baking Prep
- Mixing flours and dough
- Follow recipes
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cooking
- Weigh and measure ingredients
- Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetables
- Basic cooking functions such as kneading dough and preparing sauces
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Keeping a tidy workstation
Qualifications
- No experience necessary, will train
- Attention to detail
- Food Handler's Card
- Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds
