Site Manager
The position:
The Site manager is the Main level of leadership for the site and is directly responsible for the overall function and operational standards of the site. The Site Manager directs the overall activity of a car wash through leading, motivating and developing a team that delivers a quality customer experience, while being accountable for achieving financial, site-specific goals and objectives. The site manager ensures that our mission of being the leading, premier, results-oriented, and customer-focused car wash company is met to the highest standards.
Responsibilities of the site manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Promoting quality customer service through the daily management of employees and site programs. Effectively answering all customer questions and concerns.
- Leading the recruiting, hiring and retention efforts for the site team. Responsible for ensuring proper staffing and scheduling for assigned location. Ensures all training and development of staff meets company standards. Recognizes good performance and manages for results.
- Coach, Counsel, or even discipline staff accordingly and conduct performance evaluations.
- Monitoring and managing site to ensure daily openings and closings are on schedule and standards and procedures are maintained.
- Managing sales and volume by directing on-site sales, promotional efforts and driving unlimited memberships.
- Preparing daily deposits and other reports, as required.
- Creating and promoting a safe and positive work environment while effectively executing the company safety program.
- Ensuring the site always stays exceptionally clean and within operational standards.

Reports to:
Site Managers report directly to the Regional Director and/or Owners.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or Equivalent.
- Possess strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Can firmly give directions and ensure smooth operational procedures.
- Able to lift or move 25 or more pounds at any given time such as rotating chemical drums.
- Some mechanical aptitude and able to utilize tools.
- Ability to stand on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
- Able to work in various types of outdoor temperatures and weather.
- Able to work rotating shifts 40 hours to include weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
