Introduction:

Responsibilities:

• Under guidance, provides statistical analysis, data investigation and programming support on business analytics projects, including customer insight exploration and business impact assessment. 在指导下，通过统计分析支持礼来商业分析项目，具体包括客户洞察分析和商业价值评估。
• Provides statistical analysis and programming support for Real World Evidence research projects. 对真实世界研究项目提供统计分析和编程支持。
• Formats and summarizes data for business analysis. 整理、总结数据以协助商业分析。
• Assists in developing the methodology to help solve a variety of identified business problems. 协助改进各种具体商业问题的分析方法。

Requirements:

• Preferred Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related field, better with some experience in quantitative analytics. 统计学、数学、计算机、生命科学等相关专业，有数据分析经验者优先 。
• Fundamental level statistical software programming skills, such as Python or R. 具有基本的统计软件编程能力，如Python或R。
• Be familiar with MS office software application. 能够熟练使用MS Office等相关工具。
• Ability to program statistical methodologies according to specifications, with a regard for quality control and testing. 能够通过编程将统计方法应用于不同场景下的问题。
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in a team environment. Good oral and written English. 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力，英语流利。

Salary & Benefits:

• 实习工资：15 RMB/H
• Improve the ability to apply the statistical and business knowledge, quantitative and analytical skills in analyzing real business problems of Pharma Company. 提高应用统计、商业知识及定量分析技能解决医药公司真实商业问题的能力。
• Strengthen the capability to work independently and in an active team environment; communicate the technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences. 增强独立工作及在积极的团队环境中协作的能力，以及将统计分析结果与统计师和商业部门同事交流。
