Come work at the best place to give and receive care! Job Description: Therapists Needed for Elliot Behavioral Health- Manchester NH- 80% Telehealth! Elliot Behavioral Health Services is seeking experienced full-time Licensed Independent Social Workers to join our team. Monday through Friday, one day in office, 4 days seeing patients remotely. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and creating group therapy programs, individual treatment plans as well as providing initial assessments, counseling and support to patients and/or their families. Within the healthcare system, you will collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, social workers, mental health counselors and support staff for treatment plans and patient outcomes. Minimum Requirements: · Master's degree in social work required · Two years post graduate Social Work experience required, preferably in a health care setting · Eligible licensure in the State of New Hampshire · MLADC preferred At Elliot Behavioral Health, our comprehensive services include inpatient and outpatient care.
