The Customer Service Representative reports to the General Manager and is trained to assist with all aspects of the car wash operation, including guiding cars on to the conveyor, cleaning duties, and upselling car wash customers at the kiosk.
The Customer Service Representative should have sales talent, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion to advance oneself and the business are all required! The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a desire to work outside are all necessities, too.
