Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bilingual Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Weston, FL. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have a strong focus on data entry accuracy, as well as solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in internal systems and spreadsheets

• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times

• Review, verify, and reconcile data for accuracy and completeness

• Use Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data efficiently

• Communicate with internal teams when clarification or follow-up is needed

• Perform general administrative support tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support preferred

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time independently

• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
